Bill Barbosa is no ordinary photographer.  He is, however an artist with an absolute passion for his craft.  That passion is evident in the emotion he captures in his professional portraits, and in the emotion reflected in the eyes of his clients when they see those portraits of themselves for the first time.  “Capturing the emotion in that one moment in time is what we do best,” says Bill, “and I am so blessed to be able to do the work that I love!”  Bill’s interest in photography started as a young child when his mother, Sandy Barbosa, gave him his first camera at the age of 5 “He would take all of these artistic photos of trees, flowers, but no people!” Sandy Remembers, “But film and developing costs added up, and I told him he’d better start putting people in his photographs if he wanted to keep that camera!”  And so began Bill’s path that would lead him to create Photo Designs, Inc. 

     Bill has worked as a professional photographer for over 15 years with his studio in West Palm Beach and often uses the outdoor world as his backdrop!  Specializing in fine portraiture for families, babies, mommies-to-be, models, weddings and other momentous occasions, Bill also finds time to do corporate work such as County Clubs, resorts, fine hotel chains, and corporate retreats.  Bill also competes on a state and national level in the industry’s professional organizations, and has been honored with numerous awards for his work.  Clients are thrilled when they learn that their portrait or wedding album is deemed award-winning artwork!  Bill has also earned his Florida Education Degree, and continues to grow by attending (and assisting with) seminars, conferences, and a local Photography Masterminds group.
